Heather will be participating in the OECD workshop on “Fostering Green Finance for Portugal’s SMEs’ on 27 February, in Lisbon, as part of an EU funded project. Experts will speak at the workshop on how to support SME greening and green entrepreneurship policies in Portugal before a roundtable with financial institutions.
